Stellé Audio Couture’s signature home product, the Stellé Audio Pillar, features an elegant yet understated design that complements an array of décor styles.

Setup

  • Go to the Bluetooth® settings on your mobile device.
  • Hold down the Bluetooth® pairing button on the Stellé product for 3 seconds until you hear "pairing" audible voice.
  • Select the Stellé product from the Bluetooth® options listed on your device.
  • Once paired you will hear "paired successfully" audible voice.
  • Party On.

Product Usage

  • Turn on your Stellé Audio Pillar by pressing the power button at the base.
  • To pair your Audio Pillar, go to the Bluetooth® settings on your device.
  • Hold down the Bluetooth® pairing button on your Audio Pillar for 3 seconds, until you hear the “paring” audible voice.
  • Select the Stellé Pillar from the Bluetooth® options listed on your device.
  • Once paired you will hear the “paired successfully” audible voice.
  • Use the + - buttons to adjust the volume.
  • Press the telephone button to answer incoming calls.
  • To charge your Pillar, connect the power cord to the DC port at the base.
  • To connect audio from a non-Bluetooth® devise use the Aux cable provided.

  • Q. What is included with my Pillar?
    A. Each Pillar comes with a Universal Power Adapter, 5 International Plugs, Stellé Audio Cleaning Cloth, AUX Cord for connecting a non-Bluetooth® device and The Pillar Quick Start Guide

  • Q. Where is the Power Button located on the Pillar? 
    A. The Power Button is located at the base of the Pillar 

  • Q. What is the battery life of The Pillar? 
    A. Battery life is 15 hours of continuous play at nominal volume

  • Q. How can I check the battery life of The Pillar? 
    A. When paired with an Apple product, the battery life is displayed in the upper right hand corner of the source device 

  • Q. How does The Pillar play music? 
    A. The Pillar plays music by connecting to a source device (Smart Phone, Computer, iPad, ect.) by Bluetooth® or a non-Bluetooth® device with the AUX cord provided 

  • Q. What is the USB port used for on the base of The Pillar? 
    A.  The USB port on the base of The Pillar can be used to charge any electronic device when The Pillar is plugged in

  • Q. What do I do if I get a "Connection Unsuccessful - Make sure "Stellé Pillar" is turned on and in range." error? 
    A. "Forget this Device" from your source device and repair The Pillar 

  • Q. What if my Pillar still won't pair? 
    A.  If your Pillar won't pair, reset the MUC chip by following these steps:

    • Step 1: Power off The Pillar
    • Step 2: Select "Forget this Devise" under Bluetooth settings
    • Step 3: Press the + and - buttons at the same time until The Pillar says "Goodbye"
    • Step 4: Pair your Pillar as normal 

  • Q. What is the best way to achieve optimum sound from my Pillar?
    A. To achieve the best sound, connect with your source device at 1/2 volume level 

  • Q. What if my Pillar sounds distorted?
    A. If your Pillar sounds distorted at all check the equalizer on your source device. This should be set to off or flat for optimal sound. 
  • Q. Does The Pillar have an automatic shutoff?
    A. Yes, after 30 mins of inactivity your Pillar will automatically shutoff

  • Q. How do I pair to my Mac? 
    A.  On your Mac, select the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the screen, then choose System Preferences from the drop down menu.

    In System Preferences, select Bluetooth. Click the checkbox 'Show Bluetooth status in the menu bar' and then click the '+' in the bottom left to launch the Bluetooth Setup Assistant.

    In the Bluetooth Setup Assistant, select your Stellé Product from the list of devices (the type should be “Audio”) and click “Continue” and wait for the confirmation screen.

    Click the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar at the top of the screen, select your Stellé Product and then select “Use as Audio Device (Stereo)”.
