Shipping Policy

Standard ship time for your order to leave our warehouse is within 48 hours. Upon shipping you will be provided a tracking number to view your order as it makes it way to you. Orders ship from our Newport Beach location via FedEx.

If your address is not supported by our shipping carrier email us and we will gladly make arrangements!

Return Policy

Items purchased from stelleaudio.com are eligible for a full refund, less shipping, based on original form of payment, within 30 days of date of purchase.

To be eligible for a full refund, product must be returned to Stellé Audio in the original condition and undamaged. Restrictions may apply for open or used product. 

To process your refund:

Contact support and we will gladly provide return shipping instructions and an RMA number. Your RMA number MUST accompany product in order to process return.

Sales Tax

By law, all orders with a California ship to address will be charged sales tax.
